| 2 Cups COOKED TURKEY cut into 1/4-inch cubes | |
| 1 Cup diced celery | |
| 1 Cup seedless grapes halves | |
| 1/2 Cup sunflower seeds toasted | |
| 1/4 Cup non-fat mayonnaise | |
| 1/4 Cup non-fat plain yogurt | |
| 2 Tablespoons tahini (sesame seed paste) | |
| 1/2 Teaspoon salt | |
| 1/2 Teaspoon pepper | |
| 4 Leaves lettuce cleaned and chilled | |
| 4 (8-inch diameter) sesame pita breads |
Preparation - Turkey Salad in Sesame Pitas
1. In medium bowl combine turkey, celery, grape halves and sunflower seeds.
2. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, yogurt, tahini, salt, and pepper. Fold dressing into turkey mixture. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
3. To serve, cut 3/4 inch from top of pita and line pita with lettuce leaf. Fill with 1 cup turkey salad.
