1 PoundGround turkey
1 Cuponion; thinly sliced
1/2 Cupgreen pepper; chopped
1 Cupreduced-calorie; reduced-sodium catsup
1/4 Cupsweet pickle relish
1.5 teaspoonchili powder
1 TeaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 TeaspoonSeasoned salt
1/2 TeaspoonGarlic powder
1/4 Teaspooncelery seeds
1 LoafFrench or Italian bread; (1 pound)

Turkey Sloppy Joes Preparation

1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey, onion and pepper 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Add catsup, relish, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder and celery seed. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

2. Slice bread in half, lengthwise, and toast under broiler 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.

3. To serve, spoon turkey mixture over one half of bread and top with other half. Cut into 8 slices
