"We enjoyed this recipe with made several modifications-used couscous instead of rice, used Italian stewed tomatoes, added fresh sage and oregano, and half a jalepeno. Also, used a convection oven and it cooked up in 30 minutes. Very tasty and surprisingly filling!"- Amykinsc

magicaldaisy 4 years agoLoved that it was so easy to make, but really tasty. I substituted yellow peppers instead of rice to cut back on the carbs, and it worked out just great.
