"This is a great recipe to use up Thanksgiving turkey leftovers. It could also be a quick weeknight meal. I omitted the green chilies and it was perfect for my kids. Husband loved it, too."

Tasty. Easy. Hearty. My husband added a few drops of hot sauce to bring out the Southwestern taste. Best use of left over turkey.

Excellent recipe. Just the right amount of spice. My wife will add a dollop of sour cream next time to cut the heat a bit. Will definitely make it again!

Simple and delicious use of turkey dinner leftovers. We didn't have taco seasoning, but I found a great recipe for that in the site, too.
