This is a classic meat entree at a famous Mexico City restaurant.
1. When buying the filet mignon have it sliced about 1/2 inch thick, if not possible flatten it out yourself when you get home.
2. Marinate the filet using the Maggi sauce, fresh lime juice, and olive oil (may substitute with vegetable oil).
3. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. Heat a skillet on medium high heat, or use a George Foreman grill.
5. Place steak on skillet or grill and cook to desired temperature.
6. Eat with corn tortillas and enjoy!
