I've tried many recipes and this is our family-favorite. The bell pepper really
gives it a good flavor.
"A very simple, easy to prepare recipe that turned out very well. I added a small grated onion and 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet to the recipe. I also made a Brown Sugar Ketchup Glaze using; 1/2 cup ketchup, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and 4 teaspoons cider vinegar. I brush the loaf with half the glaze before baking. I let the finished loaf rest 20 minutes and served with the remaining glaze." - sgrishkaYield: 6 Ready in 45 minutes

Anita's Favorite Meatloaf Preparation
In a large bowl mix all ingredients well with your hands.
Place in bundt pan or 2 loaf pans and bake on 350 for 1 hour.
