Anita's Cole Slaw
My husband loves this dish. Good with fish.
"Made this recently during a two week RV trip. The only cole slaw recipe my son has ever liked! You need about 16 ounces of slaw mix or you will have to much sauce."

Ingredients
| 1 bagcole slaw mix |
| 1/3 cupRed wine vinegar |
| 1/2 cupSunflower nuts; roasted and salted |
| 1/3 cupHoney |
| 1 cupmayonnaise; real |
| 1/4 cupolive oil |
| 1/2 teaspoonSalt; to taste |
| 1/4 teaspoonpepper; to taste |
Anita's Cole Slaw Preparation
Mix the honey, mayonnaise, olive oil and red wine vinegar all together in a small bowl. Pour over the cole slaw mix and Sunflower nuts. Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well. Chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Mix well again before serving.
My husband had a fit over this recipe. Told me not to forget it.
I figure it has about 4 weight watcher points per 1 cup serving.
Please note that I have found Sunflower nuts at Wal-Mart and also Walgreens in the snack food section. You can buy them with or without salt. I like them roasted and salted.
The combination of the honey and the nuts in this salad is wonderful.
