Yummy Tortilla Soup

|1 mediumJalapeno pepper; chopped|
|2 clovesGarlic; minced|
|1 canTomato; stewed, red, ripe|
|4 cupsChicken Stock|
|1 canTomato soup|
|1 teaspoonChili powder; or less to taste|
|1 dashSalt; to taste|
|1 dashPepper; to taste|
|1/2 teaspoonLemon pepper|
|2 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce|
|12 eachCorn tortillas; torn|
|8 ouncesColby Jack cheese; grated|
|1 canTomato juice|
|1 mediumAvocado; optional|
|1 cartonSour cream; optional|
Yummy Tortilla Soup Preparation
Saute onion, jalapeno pepper, garlic, and tomatoes in large kettle for
Add remaining ingredients except tortillas, avocado, cheese, and sour cream. Simmer for 1 hour.
About 10 to 20 minutes before serving, tear tortillas into bite-size pieces and add to soup.
Place cubed avocado and grated cheese in individual bowls and ladle hot soup on top. Top with spoonful of sour cream.
