Original recipe makes 4
1 poundGround beef
1 cupwhole kernel corn; frozen (if canned, drain)
1 cuppotatoes; cubed
1 cupcelery; thinly sliced
1 cupcarrot; slices
1/2 cupOnions; chopped
2 cupsWater
2 beefbouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoonhot pepper sauce; (up to 1 teaspoon)
1 16-oz jarprocessed cheese sauce; (e.g., Cheez Whiz)

Vegetable Cheese Soup with Ground Beef Preparation

Directions:

1. Brown the ground beef and drain.

2. Put all ingredients except the cheese sauce in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

3. After 8-10 hours, add cheese sauce and gently stir until well blended.
