Cook broccoli and rice; combine with all other ingredients. Place in buttered 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

We enjoyed this recipe, although my husband didnt like the celery in it. I added 1 1/2 lbs of ground chicken to the recipe to make it a main course.
