Traditional Southern Pie. Too good to be so simple!
Beat eggs well, add sugar and beat thoroughtly. Add butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and cook at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until firm. Cool before serving to insure pie doesn't run when cut.
