athomas42 ,I only had 1 egg on hand so I added another cup of milk. They came out wonderful. Dense, yet fluffy. Half of the batter I made regular, and the second half I added a touch of vanilla and cinnamon.13y
rawrbackdown ,It was sooo good and so filling. You don't need a big cup at all for this. I'm rather glad I didn't use a big one. I am a party of two haha. We were already stuffed by the 2 nd one. I love this and will make it again. Thanks :)14y
davidallanjones ,On my electric stove I found that they came out best at low heat - level 3. Realy filling! 2 pancakes are enough to fill you up! Great stuff!14y
relentless1982 ,Absolutely delicious! Healthy too! We use wheat flower. And then we top them with blackberry yogurt and syrup. Very filling too. For two adults and two kids we half the recipe.14y
melarky ,These were pretty good, I think next time I will try them with banana slices in them. Very dense, and kind of chewy texture, fun for a change but I will still make normal pancakes most of the time.14y
irishmam ,Delicious! I've only made thick pancakes from a packet but never again! A hit with whole family, and so quick and simple. Although my cup must have been too big I got about 12 good sized pancakes which needless to say didn't go to waste!15y
doutchie ,I tried this recipe last week. I substituted the milk with Eggnog (I had no milk left). Today, I used milk and added nutmeg and cinnamon. Very filling. Great Sunday morning breakfast.15y
pam_perfect1 ,Loved this recipe. Next family reunion I will be a hit with these pancakes. Taste great, took good, I served applesauce with them. I will not buy packaged pancake mix again. Lumberjack pancakes...how wonderful17y
jimshim ,I added banana to the recipe. Next time I will also add walnuts. They were great.17y
sgrishka ,Very good. Oats...this is a nice twist on a breakfast classic. I'll try buttermilk the next time I make these.17y
cookingmom ,We have made this several times now. They are a big hit in our house. The kids loved them, and they are very filling. Great!18y
