Awesome-awesome! Made for Thanksgiving and got RAVE reviews! Definately a keeper and is now a requested MUST for next year! Used 1 Braeburn, 1.5 Granny Smith, 1 Fuji and 1 Pink Lady. Drool!!!!!

Great, easy recipe. We call this the "Apple Crisp" pie, because it tastes just like old fashioned apple crisp. We plan to make again for Thanksgiving.

The first and ONLY apple pie I have ever made! I changed it so it is Gluten Free for my celiacs. I just used Gluten free Bisquik :) So easy, fast, and really good!

One thing i did differently was I took an apple and sliced and peeled it. I took the topping and coated the apple slices. Then lay them around the edge and in the center and Bake like the rest on the directions. Just makes it pretty.

I have made this twice. It is awesome! I also made it for my friends at work, and they loved it. Very easy, not too many ingredients, and looks beautiful when finished!

It was a smash!!!!!! The brown paper bag made it cook perfectly but I did throw it back in for a second for a more golden brown crust on top!

Very easy and very good apple pie. Try lime juice instead of lemon and fuji apples.

This pie is delicious and very easy. I took it out of the bag for about 5 min at the end of baking to crisp the topping.

Absolutely delicious. My husband said "THAT was really good" after he ate his piece and he doesn't give compliments away easily on food! I was a little concerned about the brown bag in the oven but it worked out fine. Can't wait to make this again!!

I make this every chance I get for the holidays or even parties. It's an outstanding recipe. I don't always have a brown bag on hand so I've had to put foil around the edges of the crust after about 40mins to keep it from burning.
