This is from a box of Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate Squares. This is another recipe we adapted for my wife who cannot have Vanilla because of her seizure medications.

| 4 squaresUnsweetened chocolate; (We used Baker's) |
| 3/4 cupButter; (3 sticks) |
| -- Mix in large bowl -- |
| 2 cupsSugar |
| 3 eachEggs |
| 1/2 cupmilk |
| 1 tspVanilla; (we used Coconut extract) |
| 1 1/2 cupsFlour; (we used Folic acid free) |
| 1 cupWalnuts; chopped (optional) |
| 2 cupsAll purpose flour; (optional) |
Brownies (Scratch) Preparation
Microwave the chocolate and the butter in a large microwave safe bowl until butter is melted. Stir in the chocolate squares and stir until melted.
Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Add flour and (walnuts or peanut butter chips); stir until well blended. Spread into a greased foil-lined 13x9 baking pan.
Bake at 325 for 50 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Cool in pan. Lift out of pan onto cutting board. Cut into 24 pieces. Make 24 servings, one square each.
