|1 1/2 cupsMedium elbow macaroni; uncooked|
|3/4 cupsGround round|
|1 cupYellow onion; chopped|
|2 clovesGarlic; minced|
|2 tablespoonsTomato paste|

|14 ouncesCanned diced tomatoes; w/ green peppers and onions|
|1 cupCheddar cheese, reduced fat; shredded and divided|
Hamburger, Cheddar and Macaroni Toss Preparation
1. Prepare macaroni in a Dutch oven according to package instructions, omitting salt and fat.
Drain and set aside.
2. Heat pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add beef; cook 3 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble. Remove beef with a slotted spoon. Add onion and garlic to pan; saute 2 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, chili powder, paprika, oregano and tomatoes; cook 2 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Stir in macaroni, beef and 3/4 cup cheese; cook 1 minute or until cheese melts. Stir in salt and pepper. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon over each serving.
