| 10 largepotatoes; unpeeled or peeled |
| 2 mediumOnions |
| 1 teaspoonseasoned salt |
| 1 teaspoonGarlic salt |
| 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper |
| 1/2 teaspoonCayenne pepper |
| 2 dashesTexas Pete hot sauce |
| 2 tablespoonsbutter/margarine |
| 3/4 cupCheddar cheese; shredded |
Breakfast Potatoes Preparation
Wash and dice potatoes.
Dice onions into small pieces.
Toss potatoes and onions in large bowl with all spices and hot sauce.
Melt butter in skillet and add potato mixture.
Cook thoroughly, until potatoes start to crisp a little.
Then sprinkle cheese on top.
Put lid on skillet until cheese melts.
Good served with homemade cheese biscuits & scrambled eggs
