Chicken Baseballs Preparation

In a blender (or by hand) combine cream cheese, butter, salt, pepper, milk, onion. Blend. Pour mixture over chicken and stir. Separate crescent roll dough into four rectangles and seal perforations.

Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into center of each. Pull opposite corners of dough to center and seal-sprinkle each "baseball" with bread crumbs and place on ungreased cookie sheet or pizza stone. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Notes

I haven't tried this yet, but it's gotten rave reviews on the weight watchers site.

Chicken Baseballs Reviews

We make these all the time now. This is a very easy recipe to expand on and do different variations of. We've made broccoli and cheddar baseballs, sausage and pepper... The possibilities are endless. Thanks for sharing.

This is a great, healthy recipe...thank you for sharing! The only thing I changed was adding extra spices...my family likes a kick! Also, I used light garden veggie cream cheese. They turned out great and were added to our rotation!

I used a regular (8oz) cream cheese and one can of chicken. But this was a hit! All 3 of my kids loved it, and it's pretty rare to get 3 out of 3!! Thanks ;-)

I made this a few weeks ago after my sister tried it and raved about it. Not sure where she got the recipe, but she called it Chicken Rollups. Same recipe, definitely a keeper.
