Delicious salad dressing or dip. Adjust garlic to your own taste.
"Very good and way cheaper than store bought. Next time i make it i will try and melt the parmasan cheese so its less grainy. It makes about a bottle full of dressing i would say the serving size is 2 tablespoons with the consistancy"

Ingredients
| 2 clovesgarlic; minced and mashed to a paste with tsp salt |
| 2 tablespoonsFresh Lemon Juice |
| 1 teaspoonDijon mustard |
| 1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 cupMayonnaise |
| 3/4 cupParmesan cheese |
Caesar Dressing/Dip Preparation
In a bowl, whisk together the garlic, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire Sauce.
Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese and pepper to taste.
Whisk dressing until combined well.
Toss with salad greens or serve as a dip with crudits.
