Combine 4 cups of flour with yeast in large bowl. Combine water, sugar and oil. Add to flour and yeast and stir. Add almost 3 cups flour, salt, parmesan, basil, garlic and parsley. Knead into ball and let rise until doubled, approximately 15 minutes. Punch down and let rise again about 15 minutes. Divide into 4 balls and press onto pizza pans.
