Was not easy to serve or eat because the bottom layer of corn tortilla becomes very hard. I believe this recipe would be better with flour tortillas. Was very easy and delicious.

Great recipe! My boyfriend and I loved it! My only complaint was it was a bit difficult to get out of the pan, maybe I didn't use enough Pam, but it was well worth the effort.

How can something so simple be so darn delightful? There were 5 for dinner tonight and the guys just inhaled it. If I had told them about the cottage cheese, they would have freaked so kept it to myself and enjoyed the acclamation of the best taco bake ever. BTW I used the green onions and they were perfect in it. Tanks for making me look good with this recipe. Xxx mwah

To avoid rubbery corn tortillas.. try prepping them as u wud fo enchiladas...deep fry slightly then dip in the meat sauce. You will end up with moist tortillas.

So good! I added diced jalapenos to the hamburger for some heat. The boyfriend and I absolutely loved it. Definitely a new favorite!!

Its a great for a lazy night when u don't really want to cook. I would use a lb and a half of hamburger and more seasoning.
