Wonderful combination of meat and potatoes. True Comfort food!

"I loved this recipe, and I loved the next one that I modified. I cooked the pork chops covered with Pankko bread crumbs.in chopped garlic and a little white wine. Then after placing the pork chop tenderloins on top of the hash browns and sour creme and mushroom soup I poured a can of french onion soup over them. and then topped with swiss cheese and baked. So much more flavor! It was very good!" - aphilbeck8

The potatoes were delicious, but the chops were not very flavorful. Next time I try it I will use bacon on top and eat it as a side dish.

GREAT recipe. To really amp up the french onion flavor, double the amount of french fried onions & add a half a can of undiluted Campbell's French Onion soup
