I tried making this tonight and it didn't turn out at all. I have in the oven for another 30 mins to see if the potato's are cooked yet. So far not impressed.

Excellent! Loved the potato part! I'll make this again but will use chicken breast next time. We don't really like pork.

This recipe was great. My husband and my father loved it! I used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom because my husband does not like mushrooms. Everyone requested that I make this again.

Omg after marinating those chops in a wine reduction sauce and following your recipe , this is defiantly a remake at this house. Everyone love it thanks again.

Fan-Freaking-Tastic! The savory combination of thick, creamy, and crunchy melded the base of this dish together perfectly. As for the chops, I browned them in Creole seasoning before setting aside. I also used cream of broccoli soup instead of mushroom and tossed in 5 chopped Korean Chili peppers (about as big as poblanos, but VERY mild) as well as 5 Thai chilis (VERY hot) to liven it up a bit. After it was done I sprinkled it with homegrown cilantro and some Sriracha sauce (A deliciously sweet and mild asian chili sauce) My roomie went absolutely bonkers over the potato mixture, I posted a picture of his "serving"...would you LOOK at that mountain of them? This made for plenty of leftovers, and I agree with the other reviewer that said this would be great as a side dish without the meat. Wonderful recipe, Deserves a medal!

Loved this dish. Used garlic salt and green onions to give the dish a little more flavor. Served with spinach (wish I would have had green beans) Will be making this again!
