My 1 1/2 year old and I made this for breakfast today. It was our first time making any coffee cake and it was absolutely delicious. Id definitely make it again, such a great alternative to traditional breakfast. Not too sweet either! I used frozen organic blueberries, non dairy "butter" with a coconut milk vanilla "ice cream" topping and it still turned out great.
This was unbelievably good. My entire extended family was fighting over the last pieces. I used 1 1/2 cups of sugar instead of 2 and it was plenty sweet. Very light and refreshing and the cream cheese gave it a great tang.
