Ingredients
| 1 kilogramChicken wings |
| 3/4 cupsSoy sauce |
| 1/2 cupBrown sugar |
| 1/2 cupVegetable oil |
| 1/4 cupSesame oil |
| 2 tablespoonGinger; fresh/grated |
| 2 tablespoonMustard |
| 6 clovesGarlic; crushed |
Ginger Saigon Chicken Wings Preparation
Whisk all of the ingredients together. Pour over chicken wings. Refrigerate for a few hours (best if left overnight). Place rack on a foil lined baking sheet and arrange chicken wings on the rack. Bake uncovered at 375 F for 25 minutes. Turn wings and brush with remaining sauce. Continue baking until wings are golden brown and crisp, about 25 to 30 more minutes.
You can also barbecue the wings, turning and brushing with sauce often for about 20 to 30 minutes.
