Easy stuffed cabbage!
Lightly oil a 13 x 9" glass baking dish. Do not use a metal pan. Layer cabbage on bottom of pan. Brown ground beef, sausage, onion and green pepper. Drain oil. Add seasonings and rice to meat mixture. Spread over cabbage. Mix together soup, water and brown sugar and pur over ingredients.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
