Cover and let rise app. 50 minutes. Put stone in oven, preheat to 500. Devide into 2 pieces, roll out between parchment paper, either 2, 12" pizzas, or 4, 8" calzones. Cover and let rise app. 25 minutes. Spread cold pizza sauce evenly over round, top with your choices. Bake on parchment paper 8-10 minutes or until crust is nicely browned. Let rest 3-5 minutes befor serving.
