|1/2 lbSausage; meat|
|2 Onions; chopped|
|5 clovesGarlic; sliced thinnly|
|1 tbChili powder|
|2 cubesBeef boullion; crushed|
|4 Hot pepper rings; *|
|1 dashLouisianna hot sauce; or other hot sauce|
|1 tbWorcestershire Sauce|
|1/8 tsGround cumin|
|1/8 tsCayenne pepper|
|1 28-oz canCrushed tomatoes|
|1 14-oz canRed kidney beans|
Another Chili Con Carne Preparation
Combine sausage meat, ground beef, onions and garlic in skillet and brown.
Place all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low - medium for 6 - 8 hours, stirring and tasting occasionally. As the flavours meld you may want to add more hot sauce and/or cayenne pepper to suit your tast.
My wife doesn''t like food as spicy as I do so we try to come to a happy medium as it is cooked.
* I use the same type of hot pepper rings you normally get for your sausage on a bun at varous street venders.
