Rice, Broccoli, and Cheese Cups Preparation
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 Mix prepared rice (may be cooked in chicken broth for extra flavor) and remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl until well blended.
3 Spoon evenly into 4 greased muffin cups
4 Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
