Ingredients

1 16-oz can Red kidney beans; rinsed, drained
1 15.5-oz can Red beans; rinsed, drained
1 15.5-oz can Black eyed peas; rinsed, drained
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro or parsley; minced
1 Jalapeno pepper; seeded, chopped
4 Green onions; sliced
1/4 cup Olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup Cider or red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Preparation

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Toss to blend. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with a slotted spoon.
