1 16-oz packagefrozen broccoli cuts; thawed, drained
3 cupscooked ham; cubed
1 canCream of mushroom soup
1 8-oz jarProcess cheese spread
1 cupmilk
1 cupinstant rice; uncooked
1 smallOnion; chopped

Casserole In The Cooker Preparation

In a slow cooker, combine the broccoli and ham. Combine the soup, cheese sauce, milk, rice, and onion; stir into the broccoli mixture. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until rice is tender.

    REALLY good recipe! Made some modifications to 'make it my own'. First of all, I doubled (or more) everything in the recipe. Instead of regular onion, I used a combo of shallots and scallions. Added great texture and flavor. Also, I used one 15oz. jar of Kraft Cheez Wiz along with one 5oz. jar of Kraft Old English Cheese Spread. Put in 3 full lbs. of cooked ham from the deli (the type most reminiscent of an Easter or Christmas ham), 1 can of Campbell's Heart Healthy Cream of Mushroom Soup along with 1 can of Heart Healthy Cream of Celery Soup,
    about 2 1/2 lbs. of FRESH broccoli, and a double dose + of Soy Milk (NOT the vanilla flavored!). Really came out nice!
