"Good recipe; I made it without the butter and added the sauteing o.o. to the bread crumb mix. I also added oregano. Next time I will melt some butter and mix it into the bread crumb mix to add a little more moisture but keep the fat much lower than the original recipe calls for. Cook time was about 15 minutes (made without cheese) for the mushrooms to be completely softened."

Delicious recipe. I diced the stems and added it to the stuffing along with some Parmesan as well. Accidentally added some Worcestershire sauce to one batch and the result came out quite nice. I was lazy and microwaved them but they still came out tasting delicious.

Great recipe! The only thing I did different was to sauté the caps in butter for 5 min to make sure they'd be cooked thru when done baking.

I made these but the mushrooms were hard. What did I do wrong??? Should I have cooked the mushrooms first or did I not leave them in the oven long enough???

I finely chopped up 2 mushrooms and added to the bread crumb mix. Very tasty!

Super good! I chopped up the stems and added them to the mixture that is stuffed in the mushrooms. I would find some big mushrooms because mine were pretty small.

these were really good! we actually forgot the garlic at the store so we substituted with just a bit of garlic powder, they still tasted great! The cheese was a little dry on the top and made it hard to eat, but it was a very flavorful meal and a good change from eating meat.

Nice - might recommend using a bit more garlic but is a nice subtle taste as is.
