1. Preheat oven to 450F. Unfold the pie crust onto a large baking sheet and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine apples, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon, and toss to coat. Starting 1 inch in from the outer edge of pie crust, arrange apple slices in overlapping, concentric rows. Sprinkle cranberried over top. Fold up edge of pie crust, covering about 1 inch of apple filling, pinching crust slightly to keep in place.
3. Bake the galette 15-20 minutes, until crust is golden brown and apple filling is bubbly. Serve it warm or at room temperature.
