spaige , 6 days 23 hours agoThe lasagna is ready to be baked. Looks great & smells amazing. I added onion to the sausage sauce. Hope the family likes it. Will let you know.
Lineman353 , 1 months agoVery easy and tasty the family are it all up and asked for seconds. I We'll be adding to our try again list for sure.
michellehubbard1 , 3 months agoThis was delicious! My husband actually said it was better than his mother's recipe!
happymom1234 , 5 months agoGreat recipe! I am not a ricotta fan so I was drawn to this right away. I used ground turkey and added some Creole seasoning to give it the kick that sausage would give it and then added lots of Italian seasoning to the meat and sauce mixture. I used one large container of cottage cheese and one cup of parmesan and it turned out great. Aso only used 4 cups of mozz cheese as the bag was already $5 and I wanted to keep the dish at a reasonable price. My husband is the better cook (I am a baker and candy maker) but I think this turned out better than his lasagna. The kids liked it a lot too. Thanks for posting! Will make again!
tamix3 , 5 months agoBest lasagne recipe I Have ever made! Gone within 24hrs!! Amazing!
YCarter , 7 months agoThe family really liked this. I didn't use as much cheese as recommended, and sub'd ricotta cheese. I thought there was still to much cheese and not enough pasta. Will try it with another type of pasta next time, instead of lasagna.
C.Hubb , 9 months agoThe lasagna I usually make takes an hour of cooking time not to mention the prep, but this was faster and more flavorful!
mcpartdl , 10 months agoThis was delicious! I used 2 lbs meat (beef and sausage) as suggested. I also didn't need 7 cups of mozzarella, used about half of that. Added salt and paper as well. Everyone loved it! Even the little ones :)
rachelswimmer-flores , 11 months agoIt's good and easy! My husband liked it so much, he asked where I bought it. I used just ground beef.
Kym1 , 11 months agoThis was awesome!!!
robertvillar58 , 1 years agoCooked this tonight. I didn't put as much mozzarella as the recipe called for, and I added a third layer of lasagna noodles. It was awesome! Can't wait to eat the leftovers.
kimlauria , 1 years agoBest lasagna I've ever made. And super easy too!! I used 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can of paste and 1 can of tomato sauce instead of what the recipe calls for.
janetmitchell , 1 years agoFamily loved it. Tried it with ricotta and turkey italian sausage.
rachelswimmer-flores , 1 years agoThis dish was great. I had leftover short ribs that I substituted for the meat. My husband liked it so much-he kept asking me if I bought it.
Bnfowler19 , 1 years agoExcellent!!! I made a couple changes tho. Ground beef instead of sausage. Tomato sauce instead of diced. Halved everything except for beef and sauce so had double meat sauce than what recipe called for but I think the ratio was just right! Husband loved!also used half mozzarella &half Monterey jack.
tonirobbins2 , 1 years agoMade this for dinner tonight. It was good but not out of this world yummy. I would make it again.
sharonjs1 , 1 years agoI'm excited to try this!!
