Quinnh , 2 years agoExcellent recipe, added a little tomato sauce just because I was a little worried it would not be saucy enough. I also added a small onion chopped and sautéed with the sausage. Added this to my favorites immediately, my family is going to want this again.

mullo , 2 years agoGreat lasagna!! My go to recipe now. I made with ground turkey and ground pork mixed so my wife would eat it. Even our son likes better than any other lasagna he has ever eaten. Thanks!!!
sabstn81 , 2 years agoGreat simple recipe. I had to change a few things to replace items that I didn't have, but it tasted good in the end. I used a jar of pasta sauce, italian seasoning, and I actually just made this with penne pasta instead of lasagna.

traindude , 2 years agoKiller Lasagna I only changed a few things used 1/2lb of burger and 1/2lb of sauge .I used 2 teaspoons of italian seasoning instead of basil.Added onion to the meat after browning and brfore combinging the tomatos with the meat .This was super easy to make . Everyone will love it
amaries , 2 years agoThe lasagna was great. I used hamburger instead of sausage but think next time I would add some sausage to the mix. I also felt like there was too much cottage cheese and not enough sauce. I would also add a can of sauce. Other than that it was super easy and yummy!
Melucci , 2 years agoWonderful recipe! I tweaked it by adding whipped cream cheese with the ricotta for a creamier texture and used Prego vegetable and meat sauce along with the tomato paste and I also used three cheese shredded along with freshly grated mozzarella. Wow, thanks for the blueprint.
JenSkinLaP , 3 years agoGreat recipe! I used 1/2 turkey sausage and 1/2 extra lean beef. I also sprinkled a little artificial sweetener to make a little sweet. Will definitely make this again!

Stephmill , 3 years agoSooo good!!! I made a few changes as I went along that seemed to work. First I added mozzarella to the cottage cheese mix. I used a 7x11 pan because I was only serving 2 people and I also used about a half jar of prego sauce in the sausage mix because it seemed too thick. I used the no-boil lasagna noodles as well, which turned out perfect and made for less dishes and quicker meal. My best lasagna yet!
