A new twist on Chicken Breasts
Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper to 1/8" thick.
Mix cracker crumbs and swiss cheese.
Add a dash of milk to beaten egg. Mix.
Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture and then in cracker/cheese mixture.
Fry in greased frying pan at 300 degrees until chicken is golden brown.
Turn chicken breast and cook until golden brown on second side.
(Warning: if pan is too hot, cheese will stick).
