Jalapeno Bacon Wrap

Recipes »  Appetizers  »  Wraps and Rolls

Jalapenos are stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped with bacon, and barbecued on the grill.

"I have been making these for quite some time now. I add jalepeno jack cheese on top of the cream cheese. Have also added shrimp. Have done them on the grill outside. Cook indirect heat at 225 degrees. Also indoors in a 225 degree oven. Place the jalepenos on a cooling rack placed inside a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.I bake for approx. 4 hours.Move the rack up. Place sweet and sour sauce on top of jalepeno's and broil on low until browned. They are a big hit!!" - janbarr48

Loved them. Added shredded cheese to the cream cheese, and a pinch of earl Campbell seasoning. They were fantastic. Cooked in smoker at 250 for about 45 minutes.

Easy...but take a while to assemble. Try adding in lots of cheddar cheese and then whatever season you want to the cream cheese to make it way yummier

Delicious!! Very spicy, but if the bacon is cooked properly it really compliments the flavour of the pepper and cream cheese. A BBQ favourite :)
