Jalapenos are stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped with bacon, and barbecued on the grill.
"I have been making these for quite some time now. I add jalepeno jack cheese on top of the cream cheese. Have also added shrimp. Have done them on the grill outside. Cook indirect heat at 225 degrees. Also indoors in a 225 degree oven. Place the jalepenos on a cooling rack placed inside a cookie sheet lined with tin foil.I bake for approx. 4 hours.Move the rack up. Place sweet and sour sauce on top of jalepeno's and broil on low until browned. They are a big hit!!"- janbarr48
