My wife and I both loved it. Will definitely be using this rub again. Left out the cayenne, the wife doesn't like things too spicy. Had great flavor even without it.

Very tasty just the way it is.

As mentioned in other reviews, it was a bit spicy. I will be trying this one more time and leaving out the cayenne, as well as adding slightly more of the garlic and onion.

More detail would be appreciated. The recipe lacks some accuracy and is spicy for the average palate. Also the bake time of 20-30 is too long. 18-20min is the sweet spot IMO otherwise it turns out over cooked and dry. Overall the flavours are nice looking forward to tweaking this myself.

my favorite way to make salmon i always add a spash of white wine. if you dont like a ton of spice dont add the cayenne but me and my man love it with it.

Was a little spicy but for all those spices we did not find it flavourful at all.

It's delicious. It's also easy to tweak if you are serving to folks who like a little less spice, but my family and I love it as it is.
