Oriental Chicken Salad
|1/4 c.Vegetable oil|
|3 tbsp.Cider vinegar|
|1 tbsp.Soy sauce|
|1 medium headiceberg lettuce; torn|
|2 cupchicken; cooked & cubed|
|1 cansliced water chestnuts; drained|
|6 oz packagefrozen snow peas|
|3 ozChow Mein noodles|
|1/4 c.Green onions|
Oriental Chicken Salad Preparation
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cooking and stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened and then cool.
Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
