Wonderful Pecan flavor in a bite size cookie!

"Similar to crescent cookies, but with more nuts and crunchy on the outside, but chewy on the inside. I used about 1/3 cup of almond "flour" from Trader Joe's instead of that much pecan, and chopped all the pecans fine. That worked out very well." - MixItUppp

Original recipe makes 6
1 cupButter
1 cupSugar
1 cupbrown sugar; packed
3 teaspoonVanilla
2 Eggs; beaten
3 cupsAll-purpose flour
3 cupsPecans; chopped and grated
Sugar, confectionary

Praline Cookies Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Soften butter. Mix in sugars and vanilla, then add in eggs and flour. Finally add pecans. (I grate 1 cup and chop the other 2 cups to really get the Pecan flavor thorough each bite.) Use small scoop (1 Tablespoon size) to form cookies on ungreased cookie tray. Bake 11-12 minutes. Dust with confectionary sugar after cooled.
