Original recipe makes 4
7 ouncesFeta cheese; cut in cubes
1/2 teaspoonDried Oregano
5 leavesFresh mint; chopped
1/4 teaspoonDried chiles; crushed
1 teaspoonWhole peppercorns
1/4 cupolive oil

Marinated Feta Preparation

Mix spices and olive oil well. Add feta and combine gently.

Marinate for 24 hours or more.
