tlbarker72 , 1 months agoPretty good. I thought the sauce was a little bland so I added some cumin. But these enchiladas are so creamy and yummy. Will definitely make again.

Michelle3625 , 3 months agoIt was easy to make, but a little salty for my taste.
pure_cooking , 3 months agovery very nice have you tryed putting breadcrumbs on the top when you baked it for extra crispyness

arielasylum , 4 months agoI've made this recipe several times adding different ingredients for flavor. I've made them spicy and not, and every time (with men in the house) it's like a War over the leftovers. I made three full pans once, and they lasted until the next evening, and that was it. Love it!

pauldean1 , 4 months agoAn easy allrounder!! I cater to two lots of kids - mine love spicy foods so the recipe above is one of their favourites, my girlfriend's kids have softer tastes so I make it without the chilli and add smoked paprika instead to give it some flavour and they like it that way. Served with Mexican Rice that is also on Big Oven!!
Jeanwgriffin , 4 months agoYummy! A family favorite. I used one can of soup and reduced the milk. Served with black beans and brown rice.
tinktink521 , 5 months agoVery good!! Was full of flavor... I only used I can of soup with no milk...I also added Pico to my tortillas and cheddar cheese then rolled them.. I then topped mine with more Pico taco sauce and mozzerella cheese and baked!!

Msljeff , 5 months agoMy son and I enjoyed these very much! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and seasoned with rotisserie chicken seasoning, garlic powder, and Essence of Emeril. They were delicious! Will definitely make again. Thank you for sharing and posting.
308wirenut , 6 months agoThis was OK. We thought it could use a little zing. Next time I make it, I will spice it up a bit.
