tlbarker72 , 1 years agoPretty good. I thought the sauce was a little bland so I added some cumin. But these enchiladas are so creamy and yummy. Will definitely make again.

arielasylum , 1 years agoI've made this recipe several times adding different ingredients for flavor. I've made them spicy and not, and every time (with men in the house) it's like a War over the leftovers. I made three full pans once, and they lasted until the next evening, and that was it. Love it!
