This is a great recipe and you don't even need gravy.

Original recipe makes 8 Servings
10 Potato; peeled and boiled
1/2 cupCream cheese
1/2 cupSour cream
2 teaspoonGarlic; minced
1 packageRanch powder salad dressing
1/4 cupMilk; if needed
1/4 cupButter
Pepper; to taste
Salt; to taste
1/4 cupCheese; for garnish
1 pinchPaprika; for garnish

Baked Ranch Mashed Potatoes Preparation

Preheat oven to 350

Peel, cube,boil and drain potatos.

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, garlic and butter in a small saucepan on medium heat until creamy.

Mix in with potatoes and place into a baking dish sprinkle with cheese(I use Colby/Jack).

Bake until cheese is melted about 15 minutes.

Sprinkle with Paprika and Serve

The way my friends love Ranch dressing; this had to be made...and they loved THIS! When I make it for myself, I'll most likely lessen the amount of powder used, but otherwise, perfect!
