2 tbsOnion powder
1 tbsSugar
1 tbsSalt
1 tbsGround thyme
1 1/2 tspGround allspice
3/4 tspGround cinnamon
3/4 tspGround red pepper

Jamaican Jerk Seasoning Preparation

Stir together all ingredients. Store in airtight container at room temperature. Rub seasoning on meats or poultry before grilling or roasting.

Notes

I used it with the baked french fry recipe # 152634 it was great on them.
