| 2 mediumLimes; - Juiced & zested |
| 2 mediumHot green peppers; Serrano - chopped fine |
| Chili paste |
| 1 cupBrocolli slaw |
| 1/2 cupCarrots; -shredded |
| 12 largeShrimp; - 16-20 count |
| 4 mediumGreen onions; chopped |
| 1 mediumAvocado; - diced |
| 1/2 cupCroutons; - optional |
Hot and Sour Fish Soup Preparation
Add the fish stock, lime juice, chilies, chili paste, brocolli, and carrots to a pan and bring to boiling. Simmer for 15 to 30 minutes. Add shrimp about 6-7 minutes before serving and allow them to cook in the broth. Add lime zest just prior to serving.
Garnish with avocado and green onions. Float a few croutons on top.
