Sweet Potato Souffle

Sweet Potato Souffle

Ready in 1 hour

Deliciously crunchy topping makes this souffle almost dessert!

"This was a big hit with my family. I did use two 40 oz. cans of yams, drained. But the canned yams can not be mushy/watery after draining them. I have found it depends on the brand name. If they are firm it works great. Also halved the topping. Great recipe!"

"If you like it, you might also try this  Sweet & savory with a hint of spicy, this dish takes sweet potatoes and sautees them with fresh veggies, including bell peppers--making this the last word in hash. Tastes incredible!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

"If you like it, you might also try this  This is soooo delicious & easy to make. Sweet potatoes are a favorite of mine and this new twist is the perfect one to add to my collection. Served it up at a dinner party and it was a hit. My advice is to make extra. Everyone will want seconds!" Firebyrd Firebyrd

"If you like it, you might also try this  One of my favorite things about sweet potato pie is its got a mild flavor. It’s less sweet than pumpkin pie, which is great for its sugary counterparts like marshmallows and cinnamon rolls. But like pumpkin pie, it has that wonderfully smooth texture that balances oh so well with a flaky, tender pie crust. Plus, it’s super easy to make and only requires simple ingredients." This was amazing! I love sweet potatoes, and I find this a classier dish than the candied version with walnuts and marshmallows.
