banumpkin ,Yum! Easy to make and delicious!!! Only took a few minutes cutting up fruits and getting the whole thing prepared!!! Definitely will make it again!13y
riverfamily ,I use pears instead of apples and it turns out fantastic! I make this several times a month. Very yummy!13y
4550cherrycreek ,I made this for my Easter brunch and it was the rave of the party! Everyone wants the receipe. I used blueberries and strawberry's - 2 cups of each. So easy!!!!13y
buddercup ,I didn't particularily like this, however my roommate ate the whole thing (minus my one small serving) in one sitting. I guess that speaks for itself14y
appleb0tt0mboo ,Very good! I use 2 or 3 medium size Braeburn apples and it's great! Also tried with blackberries -didn't like the lemon extract added so I won't do that next time.14y
leeleem0409 ,Not bad! I used a big can of peaches instead of fresh ones. It was still pretty good.14y
bakenbakenbaken ,How many apples? I made it using berries, and it came out just right. 1 apple does not seem like it would be enough14y
pinto ,My first time making a peach cobbler, I found this recipe to have worked pretty well. Very easy to make & I think I'll be making it again some time - may make a few adjustments, but overall worth a try. Like others have said, the crispy edge I found to be my favorite. ^_^ I found I had to cook mine longer than the recommended 40min (ended up cooking it for closer to an hour). Overall, thanks for the recipe! ^_~14y
heathertimpanaro ,This is delish! no doubt about it. Be warned though, that you shouldn't wait until the whole top of it is brown. I waited the 40 minutes and it was over-done when I took it out. I would take it out of the oven when it looks like the picture posted. But it was still very good. I will be making this again when I get a sweet tooth! :)14y
dimplesdelights ,Neighbor gave me some peaches and i wanted to make a cobbler but thought i needed to go to the store. Found this recipe, had everything, quick, easy, delicious. Best part to eat is edge of crust where butter is a little crisp...yummm!14y
bakenbakenbaken ,I substituted brown sugar and used water with a little half and half. I also did not use lemon juice. Oh, also, I used margarine instead of real butter. My hubby said it is excellent. We have tried many different cobblers recently. I think it is my favorite, too. Not tooooo sweet, for one thing.14y
bloomingranny ,I made this in a larger pan because I thought that many peaches would overflow the 8x8". It came out looking beautiful but tasted awful! It was chalky with almost no flavor. The inside was pasty and underdone, I think. I used canned peaches in light syrup. Perhaps they do not count as "sweetened?"17y
crittermom17 ,Made this today with some fresh peaches I had and it is delicious. So simple and easy, but so good. You might want to double it because it will go in a hurry. Thanks for posting.17y
rbecca74 ,My Grandmother taught me this recipe. Although the one she uses has salt added as well, and some of the juice. I Love this recipe!17y
