Original recipe makes 4
3 teaspoonsblueberries or raspberries
2 teaspoonsstrawberries; hulled and quartered
2 tablespoonsBrandy
1 tablespoonliquid honey
2 tablespoonslime juice; freshly squeezed
4 tablespoonsorange juice; freshly squeezed
1 1/2 teaspoonsmascarpone cheese
caramel pieces; broken for decoration, optional

Berries And Cheese Surprise Preparation

Place blueberries or rasberries in botton of 4 serving dishes. Top with strawberries. Mix together brandy, honey, lime juice and orange juice. Pour over berries. Spoon mascarpone on top and decorate with shards of caramel, if desired.
