Ingredients
| 1 1/2 tablespoonPeanut oil |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonSesame oil |
| 1 tablespoonSoy sauce |
| 1 tablespoonThai fish sauce |
| 1 tablespoonLime juice |
| 1 teaspoonHot chili paste |
| 1/8 teaspoonGinger |
| 3 tablespoonssesame seeds; Toasted |
| 350 gramsLarge Scallops |
Sesame Scallops Preparation
Mix first six ingredients together, blending well. Add scallops and marinate them for 10-15 minutes. Place scallops on broiler pan and sprinkle with half of the sesame seeds. Broil for about 5 minutes, then turn and sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds. Broil for a further 5 minutes or until they're just cooked. Be careful not to overcook them!
